As an advisor to a local Business in the Community philanthropic initiative we regularly co-ordinate voluntary activities related to CSR. These act as an introduction to volunteering, a team building day & often receive positive public relations coverage. Participants may subsequently take up regular volunteering in their own time broadening their skill set.

We also carry out pro bono (for the public good) management consulting. Working with innovative third sector organisations helps broaden our own understanding of strategic trends. There is an emerging new asset class of social investment where an "ambidextrous" approach between shareholder & social value is deployed. This may achieve sustainability for a triple bottom line of people, planet & profit.
